In the areas of medical clinic and small animal surgical clinic, starting on March 7, 2022 and ending on May 16, 2022, totaling 390 hours, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Andréa Cintra Barros Tôrres Passos and supervision of Veterinary Doctor Aline Marinho Machado Gomes. During this period, 188 consultations were followed between clinical and surgical cases in dogs and cats. This report aims to describe the activities developed, such as follow-up consultations, vaccinations, hospitalizations and surgeries, describing the series of clinical care and surgical procedures performed during the internship period. In addition, the present report addresses the case of a canine, approximately 8 years old, female, weighing 6.1 kg, named Bolinha, who presented clinical signs compatible with valvular heart disease, which were later confirmed by tests such as myxomatous degeneration of the mitral valve. O estágio curricular supervisionado foi realizado na Clínica Veterinária Vida Animal, localizada em Araguaína, Tocantins. Nas áreas de clínica médica e clínica cirúrgica de pequenos animais, com início em 07 de março de 2022 e término em 16 de maio de 2022, totalizando 390 horas, sob orientação da Profª. Drª. Andréa Cintra Barros Tôrres Passos e supervisão da Médica Veterinária Aline Marinho Machado Gomes. Durante esse período foram acompanhados 188 atendimentos entre casos clínicos e cirúrgicos em cães e gatos. O presente relatório tem como objetivo descrever as atividades desenvolvidas, como acompanhamento de consulta, vacinações, internações e cirurgias, descrevendo a casuística de atendimentos clínicos e procedimentos cirúrgicos realizados durante o período de estágio.
