Dra. Cátia Maria de Oliveira Lobo. During the internship, it was possible to follow able to monitor the performance of activities such as: carrying out routine laboratory analyzes of dairy products, routine on-site and documentary inspection of the self-control programs of the industries, collection of products samples for microbiological analyses, apprehension of products, land verification for release of industry operation, application of TI´s and fines. The mandatory internship is of paramount importance, as it enables practical contact with the theory that is passed on by teachers in the classroom, thus promoting a greater understanding of the role and responsibility of veterinary medicine in the area of inspection of products of animal origin. O seguinte trabalho tem como objetivo relatar um possível caso de adulteração de produto de origem animal, ocorrido em uma das fiscalizações que pude acompanhar durante a realização do meu estágio obrigatório supervisionado na Agência de Defesa Agropecuária - ADAPEC - SIE Local de Araguaína, na área do serviço de inspeção, período de estágio que iniciou-se em 18 de agosto de 2022 e terminou em 27 de outubro de 2022, sob a supervisão da médica veterinária e inspetora da defesa agropecuária Hellen Núbia Maciel Miranda e orientação acadêmica da Profa. Dra. Cátia Maria de Oliveira Lobo. Durante o cumprimento do estágio, foi possível acompanhar a realização de atividades como:realização de análises laboratoriais de rotina de laticínios, fiscalização de rotina em loco e documental dos programas de autocontrole das indústrias, recolhimento de amostras de produtos para análises microbiológicas, apreensão de produtos, verificação de terreno para liberação de funcionamento de indústria, aplicação de termos de inconformidades e multas. O estágio obrigatório é de suma importância, pois possibilita o contato prático com a teoria que é passada pelos professores em sala de aula, promovendo assim uma maior compreensão da atuação e da responsabilidade da medicina veterinária na área de inspeção de produtos de origem animal. 2023-03-07T18:17:39Z 2023-03-07T18:17:39Z 2022-12-02 Relatório BRITO, Ana Carolinne Silva.
