The Mandatory Supervised Curricular Internship was conducted under the supervision of the
veterinarian Thiago Santos Rezende, professional responsible for the company Reprobr, a
provider of veterinary services, located in Santana do Araguaia-PA, and under the guidance of
Prof. Dr. Jorge Luis Ferreira. The internship took place from August 12 to October 27, 2022,
with a total workload of 390 hours. Activities were developed in the area of bovine reproduction
in properties located in the states of Pará. Among the activities developed, those related to field
activities stand out, represented by FTAI protocols, pregnancy diagnosis guided by ultrasound
and identification of animals with the use of software to control the animals worked and data
collection worksheet, to guide the recommendations to producers through indices and rates. The
supervised curricular internship is of paramount importance for the professional training of the
academic in the undergraduate course in veterinary medicine, as it takes the graduating student
to the reality of the work area chosen by him and prepares him for the
