CNPQ::OUTROS This research aims to know the importance of the Institutional Program Initiation Grant to Teaching (PIBID) of the UFT Campus Geography in Araguaína in initial teacher training. The Geography of PIBID program had its first project in 2008 following the year 2015. The goal of the program is to offer encouragement and training of teachers for basic education, and enhance the teaching, encouraging students who choose teaching careers. These actions can contribute to improving the quality of education. The methodologies used were made through objective questions questionnaires which are geared to the use of methods that fellows develop within the classroom, this is the importance of geography PIBID, encourage the students to develop educational proposals that involves the student to think and develop the critical side. Survey data were collected through the questions and answer the questionnaires, records of the activities carried out by academics during their stay to PIBID of Geography program. The results indicate that the actions of Geography PIBID, developed by academics where nurture an important experience in the school environment, where the program combines dialogue and construction of knowledge about the educational process in the initial training of future teachers. Este trabalho tem como objetivo de pesquisa conhecer a importância do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) de Geografia do Campus da UFT em Araguaína na formação inicial de professores. O programa PIBID de Geografia teve seu primeiro projeto no ano de 2008 que segue o ano de 2015. O objetivo do programa é oferecer incentivo e formação de professores para educação básica, além de valorizar o magistério, estimulando os estudantes que optam pela carreira docente. Essas ações podem contribuir com a melhoria da qualidade do ensino. As metodologias utilizadas foram feitas através de questionários de perguntas objetivas onde são voltadas ao uso de métodos que os bolsistas desenvolvem dentro da sala de aula, essa é importância do PIBID de Geografia, incentivar o acadêmico a desenvolver propostas pedagógicas em que envolve o aluno a pensar e desenvolver o lado critico. Os dados das pesquisas também foram coletadas através das perguntas e reposta dos questionários, dos registros das atividades realizadas pelos acadêmicos durante a permanência ao programa PIBID de Geografia. Os resultados obtidos indicam que as ações do PIBID de Geografia, desenvolvidas pelos acadêmicos onde oportunizam uma importante experiência adquirida no ambiente escolar, onde o programa alia o diálogo e construção do conhecimento acerca do processo educativo na formação inicial dos futuros professores. 2023-03-09T23:14:50Z 2023-03-09T23:14:50Z 2023-03-09 Monografia SOARES, Amadeus Vieira.
