Understanding the pedagogical practice and the relationships present in the school
context requires a reflection of the teaching and learning processes of the students that
require a deepening of several questions that concern daily life and the environment.
This work had the objective of investigating the pedagogical practice, verifying the
school reality and selecting data that revealed significant information regarding the
understanding of the discipline, in the physical and social context. A questionnaire was
applied to the teacher and 24 students of the 5th grade of the Elementary School of the
Cristo Rei Parish School of Tocantinópolis - TO. The results demonstrate that the
teacher has difficulty with the discipline itself and not with the lack of time for
planning, insufficient training during the training and, therefore, a significant difficulty
in defining what is important to work in what is related to content. The students enjoy
the discipline, some because of the teacher, and can remember the contents covered, can
not differentiate the discipline of Geography from others and consider it important for
several reasons. |
