However, with respect to the researches about formation and teaching practice of people that actuate in university education are still discreet. This way, the present work meant to investigate about the conceptions of the teaching staff’s teacher’s education and formation that work directly in the Natural Sciences course of the Universidade Federal do Tocantins, in Araguaína. The study showed that there are teachers that have clarity about their importance and impact in the future teaching staff that are being formed by them, but it is necessary to have more detailed studies to gather facts and analyze them for tracing these people’s profiles and carry out critic reflections about their teaching practices. A formação de professores vem sendo alvo de muitos estudos dentro e fora do meio acadêmico. Trabalhar com formação de professores da Educação Básica tem feito com que reflexões surgissem em prol desses sujeitos e suas práticas, e fizessem com que, mesmo que lentamente, houvesse modificações no cenário escolar. Porém, quanto a pesquisas a respeito da formação e praticas docentes de sujeitos que atuam no Ensino Superior ainda são discretas. Dessa forma, o presente trabalho pretendeu investigar sobre as concepções de educação e formação de professores dos docentes que trabalham diretamente no curso de Ciências Naturais da Universidade Federal do Tocantins campus Araguaína. O estudo mostrou que existem professores que tem clareza de sua importância e impacto nos futuros docente que estão sendo formados por eles, mas necessita-se de estudos mais profundos para que possa reunir dados e analisa-los de forma a traçar um perfil desses sujeitos e realizar reflexões críticas sobre suas práticas docentes. 2023-03-24T18:28:27Z 2023-03-24T18:28:27Z 2023-03-24 Monografia SILVA, Raylene Moura da.
