It was carried out at the Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA) campus Castanhal, adding up to a total of 408 hours of internship in the period from March 13 to May 24, 2023. Supervised by Prof. Dr. Francisca Elda Ferreira Dias and supervised by Prof. Dr. Adriana Novaes dos Reis. The activities developed were performed in two sectors, the Central Animal Reproduction Biotechnology Center (CEBRAN), where activities of reproductive management and clinic of large animals were developed, and the Laboratory of Biotechnology and Medicine of Animals of the Amazon (BIOMEDAM), where laboratory practices were concentrated, with emphasis on the in vitro production of embryos (IVPE) and laparoscopic ovum pick up (LOPU). This report describes the routine in more detail during this period, focusing on IVPE. O estágio supervisionado obrigatório, que como última disciplina do Curso de Medicina Veterinária da Universidade Federal do Norte do Tocantins (UFNT) tem como objetivo, a vivência da prática profissional. Foi realizado na Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA) campus Castanhal, somando um total de 408 horas de estágio no período de 13 de março a 24 de maio de 2023. Tendo como orientadora a Profa. Dra. Francisca Elda Ferreira Dias, e Supervisão da Profa. Dra. Adriana Novaes dos Reis. As atividades desenvolvidas foram realizadas em dois setores, a Central de Biotecnologia de Reprodução Animal (CEBRAN), onde foram desenvolvidas atividades, de manejo reprodutivo e clínica de grandes animais e no Laboratório de Biotecnologia e Medicina de Animais da Amazônia (BIOMEDAM), no qual foram concentradas as práticas laboratoriais, com destaque para produção de embriões in vitro (PIVE) e a aspiração folicular por vídeo laparoscopia (LOPU).
