During the internship, there were followed 75 diseases and medical conditions diagnosed, in which 101 cases were from dogs and 22 were from cats. In the outpatient monitoring, it was allowed to run the history and physical examination prior to residents, assisting in restraint and physical examination of the animal, collecting and forwarding of biological samples to the lab and filling prescriptions and clinical records. This paper aims to describe the activities developed during the internship and report a clinical case of feline diabetes mellitus and canine brucellosis. O Estágio Curricular Supervisionado em Medicina Veterinária foi realizado na área de Clínica Médica de Pequenos Animais no Hospital Veterinário da Universidade Federal do Paraná, no período de 13 de outubro a 16 de dezembro de 2015, perfazendo um total de 360 horas. Durante o estágio, foram acompanhadas 75 enfermidades e condições clínicas diagnosticadas, das quais 101 em cães e 22 em gatos. No acompanhamento ambulatorial foi permitida a execução da anamnese e do exame físico previamente aos residentes, auxiliando na contenção e exame físico do animal, coleta e encaminhamento de amostras biológicas para o laboratório, preenchimento de fichas clínicas e receituários.
