It sums a total of 400 hours. The internship was supervised by the veterinarian Frederico Mesquita de Oliveira and under supervision of Prof. Dr Márcio Gianordoli Teixeira Gomes. During the internship period, attendance was provided in the area of medical clinic, surgery and reproduction of horses, allowing the academic to assist in clinical care, anamnesis, physical examination, collection of biological material for complementary examinations and administration of medications to patients attended. This study aims to describe the activities carried out during the period of internship such as the cases and care provided by veterinarians specializing in equine clinical practice, as well as to report and discuss a clinical case on the suspension of the suspensory ligament on the lateral branch. O estágio curricular supervisionado foi realizado na empresa Hipolife, localizada na cidade de Belo Horizonte, no estado de Minas Gerais, no período 01 de agosto à 09 de outubro de 2017, totalizando 400 horas. O estágio teve a supervisão do médico veterinário Frederico Mesquita de Oliveira e orientação do Prof. Dr Márcio Gianordoli Teixeira Gomes. Durante o período de estágio foram acompanhados atendimentos na área de clínica médica, cirurgia e reprodução de equinos, permitindo ao acadêmico auxiliar nos atendimentos clínicos, realizar anamnese, exame físico, coleta de material biológico para realização de exames complementares e administrar medicamentos nos pacientes atendidos. Este trabalho tem por objetivo descrever as atividades realizadas no período do estágio, a partir do acompanhamento da casuística e atendimentos realizados por médicos veterinários com especialidade na área de clínica equina, bem como relatar e discutir um caso clínico sobre desmite no ramo lateral do ligamento suspensor. 2023-09-06T17:35:56Z 2023-09-06T17:35:56Z 2017 Relatório FUMAGALLI, Pedro de Almeida Rezende.
