Resumo:
This study had as its object the management of a full-time school in the urban area of Santarém / PA, based on the historical, conceptual and legal aspects of full-time integral education and school management based on the Federal Constitution of 1988 and in the municipal law of santarém, Law no. 17.866 / 2004. It emphasizes the full-time education based on the provisions of the National Education Guidelines and Bases Law No. 9394/96, and the National Education Plan, Law 13,005 / 2014. For this research, the following authors were used: Paro (2009), Gadotti (2009), Arroyo (2012), Veiga (1995), Libâneo (2004), Coelho (2009), among others. It aims to analyze full-time integral education from the perspective of the management team. And by specific objectives: 1) identify in the School's Political Pedagogical Project ways to enable a full-time integral education; 2) characterize the action of school management in the development of a full-time integral education; 3) identify the objectives of this type of school faced by the management team. The resultas of the reaerach were obtained from a qualitative approach, based on bibliographical, documentary and field research. The methodological tools were: in loco observation, semi-estructure interview with the management team and analysis of content based on Bardin, in which the following categories of analysis were adopted: Pedagogical Political Project, the daily of school and the challenges of the management. The results showed that the PPP of the school was constructed in a collective way, evidencing a democratic management and it is worried about the problem with the development of integral education, not limiting the extension of time. However, there is a division of shift and contraturno, as well as curricular and extracurricular activities, terms that do not correspond to an integral education, getting caracterizated, that way, that the program don`t occur in articulate format. The daily life of the school takes place in two shifts, with a total duration of 9 hours, to know: limited financial resources, inadequate infrastructure, lack of space for rest and excessive maintenance delay. In this process of increasing school time, it is necessary to consider time, space, democratic management, the performance of managers in tune with their team and the school community, the involvement of the entire school community in the construction of the Political Pedagogical Project, as well as the continuing education of teachers.
