Resumo:
The Amazon Rainforest is known as one of the main vectors rich in plants and animals with wide genetic range. However, there is little reference to the microbial of this biome. Therefore, it is important to investigate an autochthonous microbiodiversity and describe its biotechnological potential. The genus Streptomyces is the important major biotechnology within the group of actinobacteria, being leading to the production of large part of antibiotics has known and by various various enzymes of industrial applications. This work aimed at the production of secondary antimicrobial metabolites and enzymes of industrial interest, by Streptomyces sp. soil of rhizospheric soil of a plant native to the Amazon. The actinobacteria line isolated from rhizospheric soil of Aniba parviflora Syn Fragans (Macacaporanga) was named MPO11, after identification by classical and molecular methods, presenting 99.9% similarity with Streptomyces cinereus. Regarding its antimicrobial potential, an activity of microorganisms of clinical and phytopathogenic interest was evaluated. The subproduction of MPO11 submersion, a type of action with antibacterial and phytopathogenic action, besides the production of several extracellular enzymes of industrial interest such as caseinase, lipase and catalase. The mean physiological and biochemical profile was salinity tolerant at concentrations of 3 to 5% NaCl. The ethyl acetate extract obtained from the submerged was subjected to reverse phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography to optimize the isolation of the metabolites present in the extract, which according to mass spectrometry. The chemical analysis of the three data sources undergoing structural elucidation and suggests that the class of macrolides, commonly found in the genus Streptomyces. Thus, the present work can contribute to the study of the microbiodiversity of this biome and the discovery of its biotechnological potential in the production of bioactive substances of microbial origin.
