Resumo:
The implementation of a culture of innovation suggests changes in the organizational culture of companies, changing beliefs, values and behaviors within the institution. Thus, the objective of this work is to contribute to the strengthening of innovation in the organizational culture of a public company located in the Amazon, especially in Intellectual Property, due to the importance of this area for the business world. In this sense, the proposal aims to know the perception of researchers in relation to innovation (considering activities developed in communication, project management and training) and plan strategic actions within the institution. Internal communication can be an alternative to be explored in the search for greater interaction and employee engagement, as well as the creation of spaces for dialogue and meetings. In general terms, the results point to the need for professional training of employees, strengthening communication, establishing local partnerships and creating spaces for interaction within the organization's internal and external spheres.
