Shows how the creation of projects to encourage reading in public schools it is essential to ensure that, even in childhood, the taste for reading is actually encouraged. Presents the importance that there is an interaction between library, a project to encourage reading and school, because together they can work with a common goal which is to encourage reading with quality. Highlights how reading can be an act of pleasure and fun, and at the same time making readers aware, updated, with knowledge intercultural.
