Mostra como a criação de projetos de incentivo a leitura em escolas públicas torna-se indispensável para que, ainda na infância, o gosto pela leitura seja de fato incentivado. Apresenta a importância de que haja uma interação entre biblioteca, projeto de incentivo à leitura e a escola, pois em conjunto eles possam trabalhar com um objetivo em comum que é incentivar a leitura com qualidade. Destaca como ler pode ser um ato prazeroso e divertido, e ao mesmo tempo formando leitores conscientes, atualizados, com conhecimento intercultural.
