School and family are today one of the most pressing issues discussed by researchers and / or managers of educational systems and units. Bringing the family closer to the school is a relentless function of all those who are part of the school context, since their participation in the child's schooling process is of utmost importance for their development and interferes positively with the student's performance in school. The central proposal of this study is based on the construction of partnerships between the family and the school in order for the student to have a greater interest in their learning process. Knowing that the family in partnership with the school is fundamental in this process, for that reason there was the choice of the theme as a proposal of incentive and this partnership and of how occurs the participation of the parents of the students in a Public School of the Municipality of Irituia (PA), with the intention of bringing the family closer to the school to improve student learning. Qualitative research was used through the interview to collect data. Teachers expressed the need for greater involvement of parents of students in the teaching of students, and a closer relationship between school and family is essential. |
