The objective of this analysis is to identify whether or not there are projects made specifically to the resocialization of the psychopaths based on the correctional education from Brazil and how these people are reintroduced to society. The methodology of this research was based on Bardin’s (1997) approach to content analysis. The data gathered from the research were 5 articles and they showed that there is a lack of researches about the correctional education as a rehabilitation method to low psychopathy levels in the society, evidencing the problem of Brazilian prisons as the overcapacity and structural and the influence of these people that are not categorized from the Hare scale of psychopathy inside the prisons. In summary, there must be the development of specific legislation concerning said personality disorder, specially the psychopathy inside the criminal law and a building reform, changing the structures and the education system to establish effective ways of reintroducing psychopaths to society. O presente artigo relaciona a psicopatia, os indivíduos que apresentam tal transtorno de personalidade e a ressocialização dentro da sociedade, por meio de intermediações como a educação prisional. O objetivo central da análise é identificar se há projetos para a ressocialização de indivíduos psicopatas a partir da educação prisional no Brasil e como estes indivíduos são reinseridos. Para tanto, utilizou-se a Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin (1997) para categorizar a análise literária. Foram analisados 5 artigos e os resultados apurados pela pesquisa mostraram a lacuna de trabalhos relacionadas à educação prisional como método de reabilitação de psicopatas de grau leve na sociedade, apontando a problemática estrutural e superlotação dos cárceres brasileiros e a influência de indivíduos não caracterizados pela escala Hare de psicopatia dentro dos presídios.
