This experience occurred in a public school of basic education in the municipality of BelémPa, from 2016 to 2017, experienced as a scholarship holder of the Study and Research Group on Curriculum and Teacher Training in the Perspective of Inclusion (INCLUDERE), linked to the project "Teacher training for an inclusive school: collaborative actions between higher education and basic education in municipalities in Pará. The methodology persists in the report of the activities developed and bibliographical revision of the themes pertinent to the studies on special education and the formation of teachers. The PIBID provided exceptional and therefore productive experiences during the training process, giving fellows opportunities for insight, practice and reflection on the importance and necessity of training for the inclusion of students with special educational needs. O presente artigo tem como objetivo refletir sobre as contribuições do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) para com a formação de professores no curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA) com vista à inclusão de alunos público alvo da educação especial. Esta experiência ocorreu em uma escola pública de educação básica no município de Belém-Pa, no período de 2016 a 2017, vivenciada como bolsista do Grupo de Estudo e Pesquisa sobre Currículo e Formação de Professores na Perspectiva da Inclusão (INCLUDERE), vinculado ao projeto “Formação de professores para uma escola inclusiva: ações colaborativas entre o ensino superior e a educação básica em municípios paraenses. A metodologia persiste no relato das atividades desenvolvidas e revisão bibliográfica dos temas pertinentes aos estudos sobre educação especial e a formação de professores.
