This study aimed to analyze how the Escola da Terra Program contributed to the continuing education of teachers who work in multi-grade schools in the city of Acará-PA. Some steps to go to get there was to identify how the process of formation of the Escola da Terra Program in the city of Acará occurred, as well as to survey the results obtained with the completion of the training; and present the importance that the program had for teachers. For this, we used as a method for data collection the bibliographic research in the search and allocation of knowledge about the continuing education of the Escola da Terra Program, correlating such knowledge with approaches already worked by other authors, document analysis and interviews. From the data analysis it was possible to realize the importance of the continuing education of teachers of multi-grade class teachers, which only brought gains to the teaching practice mainly by the proposal of the program that is focused on the reality of the subjects of the field where it seeks to emphasize the importance local culture and especially the relationship of belonging and empowerment. Finally, through the whole study it was possible to confirm that the teacher continues reinventing the teaching practices, because with this the student becomes part of the teaching, having the recognition of their empirical knowledge and culture where it is worth mentioning that the program presented significant gains for teachers. |
