Some steps to go to get there was to identify how the process of formation of the Escola da Terra Program in the city of Acará occurred, as well as to survey the results obtained with the completion of the training; and present the importance that the program had for teachers. For this, we used as a method for data collection the bibliographic research in the search and allocation of knowledge about the continuing education of the Escola da Terra Program, correlating such knowledge with approaches already worked by other authors, document analysis and interviews. From the data analysis it was possible to realize the importance of the continuing education of teachers of multi-grade class teachers, which only brought gains to the teaching practice mainly by the proposal of the program that is focused on the reality of the subjects of the field where it seeks to emphasize the importance local culture and especially the relationship of belonging and empowerment. Finally, through the whole study it was possible to confirm that the teacher continues reinventing the teaching practices, because with this the student becomes part of the teaching, having the recognition of their empirical knowledge and culture where it is worth mentioning that the program presented significant gains for teachers. Este estudo objetivou analisar de que maneira o Programa Escola da Terra contribuiu na formação continuada dos docentes que atuam nas escolas multisseriadas no Município de Acará-PA. Alguns passos a percorrer para se chegar lá foi identificar como ocorreu o processo de formação do Programa Escola da Terra no Município de Acará, bem como levantar os resultados obtidos com a realização da formação; e apresentar a importância que o programa teve para os docentes. Para isso, foi utilizada como método para coleta de dados a pesquisa bibliográfica na busca e alocação de conhecimento sobre a formação continuada do Programa Escola da Terra correlacionando tal conhecimento com abordagens já trabalhadas por outros autores, análise documental e entrevistas. A partir da análise de dados foi possível perceber a importância da formação continuada de professores de classe multisseriadas, que só trouxe ganhos para a prática docente principalmente pela proposta do programa que é voltada para a realidade dos sujeitos do campo onde busca enfatizar a importância da cultura local e principalmente a relação de pertencimento e empoderamento. Enfim, por meio de todo o estudo realizado foi possível confirmar que o professor segue reinventando assim as práticas docentes, pois com isso o discente se torna parte do ensino, havendo o reconhecimento de seu conhecimento empírico e de sua cultura onde vale destacar que o programa apresentou ganhos de muita relevância para os professores. 2021-12-30T19:07:26Z 2021-12-30T19:07:26Z 2019-12-16 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação SILVA, Elize Cunha da.
