This article presents an analysis of the senses and meanings of undergraduate students in pedagogy on the Supervised Internship in Youth and Adult Education (ESEJA) in Bragança do Pará (PA). The methodology consists of a qualitative approach and uses field research and documentary research for data collection. In the analysis of the data, the most significant words of the trainees were selected, which allowed the construction of the web of meanings and senses about ESEJA. The results reveal the importance of theory and practice; observation in the classroom; recognition of teaching performance; knowledge of school reality; precarious infrastructure and social exclusion; the need for school planning; knowledge about students' identities and their life trajectories; academic and personal training; rethinking teaching practice and mutual respect between teachers and students in EJA classes. These constituent elements were only possible to be identified due to the set of experiences developed in the school's daily life to the applicability of the intervention project, they who were guiding the set of meanings that generate meaning about ESEJA in Bragança-Pará. |
