And starting from this phenomenology called: theater; I revive, build, destroy and rebuild my body. This realizing the various constructions of anarcomethodological characters. In four sessions I talk about how engendering aches, wounds, and scars result in teaching about self-care; I care about this that goes beyond the I, from me, and flows into a group of women who have in common the daily struggles of being a woman, the various wounds and not knowing how to deal with the various psychological disorders acquired by daily silence. Third through personal theater the construction of various characters, playwrights and staging, as a result I develop methods of teaching voice-driving theater. Where the studies of self-care connections - self-care - provide a scenic construction of poetic social struggles: the spectacle “Enfim Sós”. A presente pesquisa começa com um memorial que perpassa pelo abuso sexual, o teatro pessoal em busca de uma cura, o ser professora e encenadora, inicialmente, principalmente pelo teatro pessoal que desenvolvo para sobreviver mais um dia. E partindo dessa fenomenologia chamada teatro, revivo, construo, destruo e reconstruo meu corpo. Percebendo assim as diversas construções de personagens anarcometodologicos. Em quatro sessões falo sobre como o engendramento de dores, feridas e cicatrizes resultam em um ensinar sobre o cuidado de si; cuidado esse que vai além do EU, de mim, e deságua em um grupo de mulheres que tem em comum as lutas diárias de ser mulher, as diversas feridas e o não saber como lidar com diversos transtornos psicológicos adquiridos pelo silenciamento diário. Teço através do teatro pessoal a construção de vários personagens, dramaturgias e encenações.
