Professional ethics is fundamental in understanding this function through the professional's performance, through this, this research seeks to analyze how ethics can be evidenced in the evaluation of documents, and what are the results of an ethical conduct in the exercise of professional activities through a case study in the Guilherme de La Penha Archive of the Emílio Goeldi Museum of Pará, the aim is to analyze the correlation between ethics and the evaluation of documents, as well as the evaluation of documentary temporalities and the elimination of documents. A avaliação de documentos representa uma função arquivística concreta e ao mesmo tempo subjetiva por se tratar de um processo intelectual, isso se deve ao fato de sua aplicação depender do contexto do arquivo que a documentação se encontra e das premissas do profissional que avalia esses documentos. A ética profissional é fundamental na compreensão dessa função por intermédio da atuação do profissional, mediante isso, a presente pesquisa busca analisar como a ética pode ser evidenciada na avaliação de documentos, e quais são os resultados de uma conduta ética no exercício das atividades profissionais, por meio de um estudo de caso no Arquivo Guilherme de La Penha, do Museu Paraense Emílio Goeldi, busca-se analisar a correlação entre ética e avaliação de documentos, bem como é feita a avaliação das temporalidades documentais e a eliminação dos documentos. 2022-05-11T22:02:15Z 2022-05-11T22:02:15Z 2019-12-10 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação SILVA, Débora da Cunha.
