Gambling is an action that predates even civilization. Education uses the game as a teaching resource for the contributions resulting from its use. We can highlight here: motor, cognitive, psychological development, sociability, intelligence, reasoning, agility, affection, among others. Just as regular education has already recognized the benefits of gambling in the teaching and learning process, Inclusive and Special Education has begun to include playful activities in the content and methodologies developed with students with disabilities. Departing from the need to investigate the relationship that the game has with Inclusive Physical Education, the research problem arises: What is the importance of games in Inclusive Physical Education. The general objective of the research is: to investigate the game in Physical Education in a Specialized Education Unit. As specific objectives, it was delimited: a) to identify the types, materials, methodologies and evaluation processes used to approach the game content; b) understand the importance attributed to the game by the teachers interviewed; c) reflect on the limits and possibilities of game content in special Physical Education. From the analysis it was possible to identify the importance that the game assumes in allowing the student with disabilities not only to participate in the teaching and learning process, but also to become an active agent in the process. Able to act with its limitations, no longer being a passive student who was not seen as able to develop skills present in his actions. Being able to acquire important social notions for relationships in the community in which the student lives. O jogo enquanto elemento da cultura esta presente em diversas civilizações e seus significados atribuídos dependendo da sociedade e contexto social. O ato de jogar é uma ação que antecede até mesmo a civilização. A Educação utiliza-se do jogo como recurso de ensino pelas contribuições resultantes do uso do mesmo. Podemos destacar aqui: desenvolvimento motor, cognitivo, psicológico, da sociabilidade, inteligência, raciocínio, agilidade, afetividade, entre outros. Assim como o ensino regular já reconheceu os benefícios do jogo no processo de ensino e aprendizagem, a Educação Inclusiva e Especial passou a inserir atividades lúdicas no conteúdo e nas metodologias desenvolvidas com alunos que possuem alguma deficiência. Partindo na necessidade em investigar a relação que o jogo tem com a Educação Física Inclusiva, surge a problemática de pesquisa: Qual a importância dos jogos na Educação Física Inclusiva. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é: investigar o jogo na Educação Física em uma Unidade de Ensino Especializado. Já enquanto objetivos específicos, delimitou-se: a) identificar os tipos, materiais, metodologias e processos avaliativos utilizados para abordar o conteúdo jogo; b) compreender a importância atribuída ao jogo pelos professores entrevistado; c) refletir sobre os limites e possibilidades do conteúdo jogo na Educação Física especial. A partir das analises foi possível identificar a importância que o jogo assume ao permitir que o aluno com deficiência possa não só participar do processo de ensino e aprendizagem, mais que isso, tornar-se agente ativo no processo. Capaz de atuar com suas limitações, não sendo mais aluno passivo que não era visto como capaz de desenvolver habilidades hoje presentes nas ações do mesmo.
