This study reflects the production of children from a rural community in AbaetetubaPA, with the objective of understanding the children's culture of the Cujari community, Abaetetuba/PA. Thus, the investigation covered the guiding question: how is the children's culture of the Cujari community constituted, in dialogue with the daily play and interaction of children? The investigation with a qualitative approach involved the bibliographic deepening from theorists who discuss the topic such as: Andrade et al (2016), Pojo et al (2020, 2022) and Freitas & Tuveri (2021) who deal with childhood in the Amazon; Brandão (1981, 2005, 2007, 2015) with his contribution on education, children, interactions; Borba (2007, 2006/2007) focusing on playing as a cultural experience; Barbosa (2007, 2014), among others. Also, empirical research was carried out using observation, interview and photography. As part of the results obtained by the research, we found that the children's culture of the Cujari community is produced from the daily life of children in close relationship with adults and with their own peers and, in living with their place of life and the Amazonian nature In addition, the interactions of Cujari children permeate social spaces such as the church, school, fields, the Arienga river, the stream, backyards, paths and branches. Another highlight in this culture is playing, shared by children, men and women, and soon circulates in the spaces of the community. |
