The article discusses the riverside Amazonian children's world, starting from the idea of the child as an active being immersed in culture and society. The objective is to reflect on possible meanings of the children's world of children living in water territories. The study is of a bibliographic nature based on the authors Carvalho (2010), Brandão (2019), Trindade (2020) and Pojo; Freitas (2022) and, based on the main author's experience, being an inhabitant of the community of the Médio Tucumanduba River, located in the municipality of Abaetetuba/PA, and always in dialogue with children in their childhood. As a result, we can affirm that the Amazonian children's world is alive and authored by children, being created from relationships that surround playing, chores and experiences in contact with Amazonian nature, thus forming their identity processes of becoming citizen, riverside or riverside.
