Objective: The objective of this systematic review was to describe the role of the nutritionist in the school feeding reported in scientific bases. Methodology: It was a systematic review, with scientific bases: Lilacs and Scielo using the descriptors: Food polices and Nutrition, School feeding, Nutritionist, Food and Nutrition Education, Health at School. Results: Most of the studies were published in the year 2013, and most of them were published in the Magazine Nutrition, a good part of these studies were conducted out in the South region. Most activities conducted out by nutritionist refer to the nutritional diagnosis, the interaction with family farmers, supervising hygiene activities and advising the School Feeding Council (CAE). Conclusion: From de systematic review, it was evidenced that nutritionist developed some mandatory activities provide in the legislation, however, mandatory actions such as the preparation of technical sheets, manual of good practices and application of acceptability test appeared neglected in the selected articles. Introdução: O profissional nutricionista vem ampliando cada vez mais seu espaço de atuação no mercado de trabalho, tanto no setor público como no privado, desde a regulamentação da profissão 1967, as instituições de ensino superior que ofertam curso de graduação em nutrição aumentaram bastante. Objetivo: o objetivo da presente revisão sistemática foi descrever a atuação do nutricionista na alimentação escolar relatados nas bases cientificas. Metodologia: Revisão sistêmica, com busca no banco de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), utilizando as bases de dados: Lilacs e Scielo usando os descritores “Políticas de Alimentação e Nutrição”, “Alimentação escolar”, “Nutricionista”, “Educação alimentar e nutricional” e “Saúde na escola”. Foram incluídos: documentos que estivesses de acordo com o objetivo proposto por este estudo, nacionais, publicados nos últimos 10 anos e disponíveis no formato completo. Foram excluídos: documentos que não correspondiam ao período de 2008­2017, incompletos, repetidos, internacionais, e os que não faziam referência a objetivo deste estudo. Resultados: A maioria dos estudos foram publicados no ano de 2013, sendo que maior parte foi publicado na Revista de Nutrição, boa parte destes estudos foram realizados na região Sul. As atividades mais realizadas pelos nutricionistas referem­-se ao diagnostico nutricional dos alunos, a interação com os agricultores familiares, a supervisão nas atividades de higienização e o assessoramento do Conselho de Alimentação Escolar – CAE. Conclusão: A partir da revisão sistemática, evidenciou­-se que os nutricionistas desenvolveram algumas atividades obrigatórias previstas na legislação, contudo ações obrigatórias como a elaboração de fichas técnicas, manual de boas práticas e aplicação de testes de aceitabilidade apareceram negligenciadas nos artigos selecionados. 2023-01-17T16:47:59Z 2023-01-17T16:47:59Z 2018 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação COSTA, Felipe Alcântara da.
