In this sense, the present study presents as theme: Memorial - the trajectory of a teacher: the importance of literacy and literacy in early childhood education. Aiming to Analyze the importance of literacy and literacy in the writing and reading process of early childhood education students. This work has as its method, the choice of the academic memorial genre. The memorial consists of an autobiographical narration, in which it marks the description of the trajectory. The theoretical framework of this research highlights the need to carry out work aimed at literacy and literacy in early childhood education. Through actions that enable the student to acquire knowledge. I assure you that I learned that the teacher must frequently seek methodologies that can favor his daily practice in the classroom, so that he can have a good performance in his work. Acquiring with this, a clear vision of how to act in face of the challenges encountered. Muitos estudos têm sido realizados no intuito de discutir a utilização da prática pedagógica voltada para alfabetização e letramento de alunos da educação infantil. É certamente um tema bastante oportuno, pois no plano educacional, tudo começa pela educação infantil. Nesse sentido, o presente estudo apresenta como tema: Memorial - a trajetória de uma professora: a importância do letramento e da alfabetização na educação infantil. Tendo como objetivo Analisar a importância da alfabetização e do letramento no processo de escrita e leitura de alunos da educação infantil. Este trabalho tem por método, a escolha do gênero acadêmico memorial. O memorial consiste em uma narração autobiográfica, na qual marca a descrição da trajetória. O referencial teórico desta pesquisa evidencia a necessidade da realização do trabalho voltado para alfabetização e letramento na educação infantil. Por meio de ações que possibilitem ao aluno a aquisição dos conhecimentos. Asseguro que aprendi que o professor, deve buscar frequentemente metodologias que possam favorecer a sua prática diária em sala de aula, para que tenha um bom desempenho em seu trabalho.
