Through it, we seek to verify whether the work environment guarantees employees safety and prevention of occupational diseases, in order to guarantee and protect workers from risks and accidents at work and whether they are aware of the aforementioned theme and the laws that ensure their rights, a qualitative, quantitative, applied methodology and the case study method are presented, at first a bibliographical analysis will be carried out in order to support this theoretical study, bringing together texts, books, articles, dissertations and commented or translated works, in order to gather a vast scientific theoretical reference. Then, a questionnaire was applied to complement this academic research, divided into 03 (three) groups, being them, group 1 - Knowledge about work safety, divided into 10 topics with 53 questions, containing classification of degrees of importance (1 - total disagreement to 6 – total agreement); group 2 - Occupational Injuries, with 11 questions with their subtopics and group 3 - Socio-Demographic Data, with 10 questions addressed to its 25 (twenty-five) participants, being the same employees of the meatpacking company in the municipality of Abaetetuba/Pá. With the questionnaires containing their answers in hand, the systematization and analysis of the data obtained during the interview and application of the questionnaire began. Considering all the factors that interfere in the performance of the employees, such as those mentioned and diagnosed through the application and analysis of the questionnaires, they pointed out some problems that must be solved in order to create a propitious environment that guarantees the employee an environment of safety and accident prevention, seeking to protect from physical noise risks, providing them with knowledge about the aforementioned theme and the laws that guarantee their rights. O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso aborda a temática; Doenças Ocupacionais e a exposição ao agente físico ruído: um estudo de caso das condições de trabalho e clima de segurança dos funcionários em uma empresa frigorifica no município de Abaetetuba/Pa. Através do mesmo busca-se verificar se o ambiente de trabalho garante aos funcionários segurança e prevenção das doenças ocupacionais, visando garantir e proteger os trabalhadores de riscos e acidentes de trabalho e se os mesmos têm conhecimento acerca da referida temática e as leis que asseguram seus direitos, apresenta-se metodologia de cunho qualitativo, quantitativo, aplicada e o método de estudo de caso, em um primeiro momento será feita a análise bibliográfica com a finalidade de subsidiar esse estudo de natureza teórica, reunindo textos, livros, artigos, dissertações e obras comentadas ou traduzidas, a fim de reunir um vasto referencial teórico cientifico. Em seguida foi aplicado um questionário para complementar esta pesquisa acadêmica, dividido em 03 (três) grupos, sendo eles, grupo 1 - Conhecimento sobre segurança do trabalho, dividido em 10 tópicos com 53 perguntas, contendo classificação de graus de importância (1 – total desacordo a 6 – total acordo); o grupo 2 - Lesões Profissionais, com 11 perguntas com seus subtópicos e o grupo 3 – Dados Sócio Demográficos, com 10 perguntas direcionadas à seus 25 (vinte e cinco) participantes, sendo os mesmos funcionários da empresa frigorifica no município de Abaetetuba/Pá. De posse dos questionários contendo as respostas dos mesmos, foi dado início a sistematização e análise dos dados obtidos no decorrer da entrevista e aplicação do questionário. Considerando todos os fatores que interferem no desempenho dos funcionários, como por exemplo, os citados e diagnosticados mediante aplicação e analise dos questionários nos apontaram algumas problemáticas que devem ser sanadas visando criar um ambiente propicio que garanta ao funcionário um ambiente de segurança e prevenção de acidentes, buscando proteger de riscos físico ruído, possibilitando aos mesmos os conhecimentos acerca da referida temática e as leis que asseguram seus direitos. 2023-08-07T12:35:42Z 2023-08-07T12:35:42Z 2022-12-16 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação QUARESMA JUNIOR, Raimundo da Silva.
