Therefore, this integrative review sought to present the nutritional and health aspects related to these professionals during the pandemic. The review was carried out in six stages: 1. elaboration of the research question, 2. definition of the sources for the selection of primary studies and the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 3. definition and extraction of data, 4. evaluation of the included studies, 5 . critical analysis of the results, 6. presentation of the synthesis of the evidence found. With regard to health, which encompassed the quality of sleep, the practice of physical activities, the mental health and nutrition of health professionals, the studies analyzed suggest actions to promote and protect the mental health of professionals and point out the need for to better address this area, as well as to increase the incentive for a balanced and healthy diet, both in the hospital environment and at home, highlighting the importance of these areas for the maintenance of the well-being and health of the professional, and consequently for the delivering good results in the work environment. O vírus SARS-CoV-2 deu origem à pandemia de COVID-19, a partir do surto acometido na cidade de Wuhan, na China, em 2019, dando origem a diversas questões de pesquisas, e uma delas é preocupação em torno da saúde dos profissionais de saúde durante o período pandêmico. Sendo assim, esta revisão integrativa buscou apresentar os aspectos nutricionais e de saúde relacionados com estes profissionais durante a pandemia. A revisão foi desenvolvida em seis etapas: 1. elaboração da questão de pesquisa, 2. definição das fontes de seleção dos estudos primários e dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão , 3. definição e extração dos dados, 4. avaliação dos estudos incluídos, 5. análise crítica dos resultados, 6. apresentação da síntese das evidências encontradas. No que se refere à saúde, que englobou a qualidade do sono, a prática de atividades físicas, a saúde mental e a nutrição dos profissionais de saúde, os estudos analisados sugerem ações de promoção e proteção da saúde mental dos profissionais e apontam a necessidade de se abordar melhor esta área, assim como, aumentar o incentivo a uma alimentação equilibrada e saudável, tanto no ambiente hospitalar, quanto em casa, destacando-se a importância destas áreas para a manutenção do bem estar e saúde do profissional, e consequentemente para a entrega de bons resultados no ambiente de trabalho. 2023-08-28T14:56:42Z 2023-08-28T14:56:42Z 2022 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação SILVA, Lorenna Vidal Rodrigues da; TEIXEIRA, Paula Raimunda Araújo.
