The present work addresses the research carried out in a company in the field of civil construction, where data from the commercial sector were collected. The main objective is to carry out performance analysis through the use of KPI indicators adopted by the company in the year 2022, namely: Decline Rate (TD), Commercial Review (RC), Conversion Rate (TC) and Average Sales Cycle (CMV). These indicators were adopted in order to meet the goals set by the company in its strategic planning. In view of the completion of the research, it was possible for the commercial sector to present results to the company's senior management and thus contribute to a better progress of strategic planning and decision-making as a whole in the company, with the aim of proposing improvements through management by indicators. |
