In an even plural and diversify society, freedom of speach is a form to assure
to minorities that their voice can be heard. At the same time, however, its presents as a
fundamental tool, its use can be, many time, took by mistake by the hate speech that
aim against the different forms of thoughts and beliefs. Therefore, the freedom of
