In order to analyze the present research object, a qualitative methodology was adopted, which enabled the analysis of the object from the perspective of the subjects of the dance. The present study was developed in the city of Belém, using three subjects accessed through interviews that narrate the practical experience of this artistic expression in Dance Centers and Social Projects. The results indicated that the teaching of dance that occurs in the places researched, once the dance still walks towards the affirmation of its place in the school environment, there is still much to build on what is the methodology of teaching dance and conquest through space the education. Este trabalho tem por objetivo identificar a importância e a contribuição da dança para o desenvolvimento da criança, buscando reconhecer o perfil socioeconômico das crianças beneficiadas pelo ensino da dança, examinando o como a dança acontece na pratica e discutir as contribuições da dança para o desenvolvimento da aprendizagem da criança. Para analisar o presente objeto de pesquisa, adotou-se uma metodologia qualitativa, qual possibilitou a análise do objeto a partir da perspectiva dos sujeitos da dança. O presente estudo foi desenvolvido no município de Belém, utilizando três sujeitos acessados por meio de entrevistas que narram a vivência prática dessa expressão artística em Centros de Dança e Projetos sociais. Os resultados indicaram que o ensino da dança que ocorre nos lugares pesquisados, uma vez que a dança ainda caminha para a afirmação do seu lugar no âmbito escolar, ainda há muito que construir no que cabe à metodologia do ensino de dança e da conquista pelo espaço o ensino. 2018-09-28T13:12:37Z 2018-09-28T13:12:37Z 2017 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação SILVA, Jéssica Tatiane Oliveira.
