It was carried out between October and December 2018. Its general objective was to describe an Organizational Climate Survey directed at the servers of the IFAM Campus Parintins and, as specific objectives, to analyze the profile of the servers, to investigate internal and external variables that influence public and outline an organizational climate survey. It is a descriptive study that used the deductive method and the Ishikawa diagram as working methodologies. The design of the organizational climate survey was based on a bibliographical survey and a documentary survey about the characteristics of the target audience and the specificities of the institutional environment. As a result, a feasible proposal for Organizational Climate Research focused on improving the work environment in order to make it healthier and more productive. It was concluded that a more efficient performance of the People Management in the scope of the IFAM is necessary in order that programs and actions of health, quality of life and capacity of the server are implemented for the optimization of the organizational climate. Este trabalho é fruto de uma pesquisa da especialização em Gestão Pública, desenvolvida no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Amazonas – IFAM Campus Parintins, que abordou o tema clima organizacional a partir da perspectiva teórica da Psicologia Organizacional com enfoque na área de Comportamento Organizacional. Teve como objetivo geral descrever uma Pesquisa de Clima Organizacional dirigida aos servidores do IFAM Campus Parintins e como objetivos específicos analisar o perfil dos servidores, investigar variáveis internas e externas que influenciam as organizações públicas e delinear uma pesquisa de clima organizacional. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo realizado entre os meses de outubro a dezembro de 2018, que utilizou o método dedutivo e o diagrama de Ishikawa como metodologias de trabalho. Como resultado, obteve-se uma proposta exequível de Pesquisa de Clima Organizacional focada na melhoria do ambiente de trabalho de forma a torná-lo mais saudável e produtivo a partir do levantamento bibliográfico e levantamento documental acerca das características do público-alvo e das especificidades do ambiente institucional.
