Given this, there are many possible contributions to Psychology, the main factor being to help educators in the construction of a transformative educational practice. In 2020, the whole world needed to strengthen ties between education and technologies, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, especially with regard to the development of virtual classes. In this way, a Supervised Internship was carried out by the Faculty of Psychology of the Federal University of Amazonas with high school students from the Federal Institute of Amazonas - IFAM, with the objective of promoting health and well-being, within the possibilities in the midst of a pandemic scenario. . The present work aims to report this internship experience from the point of view of one of the students of the Psychology course at UFAM. A escola desempenha um papel essencial na vida de crianças e adolescentes, para muito além da transmissão de conhecimentos acadêmicos, como, por exemplo, auxiliá-los na construção de habilidades socioemocionais. Diante disso, muitas são as contribuições possíveis para a Psicologia, sendo o fator principal, auxiliar os educadores na construção de uma prática educativa transformadora. No ano de 2020, o mundo inteiro precisou estreitar os laços da educação e das tecnologias, devido à pandemia de COVID-19, principalmente no que se refere ao desenvolvimento das aulas virtuais. Desta maneira, foi realizado pela Faculdade de Psicologia da Universidade Federal do Amazonas um Estágio Supervisionado junto a estudantes do ensino médio do Instituto Federal do Amazonas - IFAM, com o objetivo de promover saúde e bem estar, dentro das possibilidades em meio a um cenário pandêmico.
