This research with a qualitative approach started from the concerns of the members of GRANAV (Grupo Ambiental Natureza Viva) about the historical trajectory of the riverside movement that, from the struggles in defense of the lakes in the Paraná region of the Ilha de Parintins, has been guiding the struggles for education in their territories rural areas, which led us to ask: What is the relationship between education and social movement based on the experiences and memories of the riverside movement of the PAE (Agroextractivist Settlement Project) on Paraná de Parintins Island from 1992 to 2020? Our objective is: To understand the relationship between education and social movement from the experiences and memories of the riverside movement of the PAE Ilha Paraná de Parintins in the period from 1992 to 2020. The methodological path was based on the historical perspective, with the technique of historical research orally, conducting interviews and recording to record the narrative content. The study is based on Albuquerque, Lins and Albuquerque (2004), Albarado (2016), Spínola (1997), Pereira (2004), Albuquerque (2012), Thompson (2002), Alberti (2005), Le Goff (1990), Gil (2007), Delgado (2010), Freire (1987), Arroyo (2003) and Caldart (2000). The results indicate the importance of the struggle of the riverside movement for the construction of na environmental awareness of the subjects of the communities involved, the protagonism in the area of Rural Education in Parintins and the affirmation of the relations of belonging to the Amazonian identity and its socio-biodiversity. |
