The aim of this study is to “understand the working conditions of Social Workers and the possible impacts on ensuring access to the Student Assistance Policy at ICSEZ/UFAM”. To achieve the general objective of this study, three specific objectives were outlined: 1) verify the working conditions of Social Workers in the Social Service division of ICSEZ/UFAM; 2) Identify the possible impacts of the social worker's working conditions on ensuring access to the Student Assistance Policy in the Social Service Division of ICSEZ/UFAM; 3) Map strategies developed by social workers in the Student Assistance Policy of the ICSEZ/UFAM Social Service Division. The methodology chosen to achieve the proposed objective is field research with a qualitative approach. For field research, semi-structured interviews were used with 2 (two) social workers who work in the Social Service Division of ICSEZ. As results of the analysis, we identified that the working conditions of social workers who work in that Sector suffer several impacts related to precariousness, which reflect on their objective conditions, that is, in the lack of materials, the compromise of physical space, which was observed in the statements of professionals that the acquisition of a room destined for the Social Service Sector is recent, compromising the service to the user population, where professional secrecy ends up being compromised, meaning that the professional cannot comply with the provisions of the Code of Professional Ethics and in Resolution 493/2006. O presente estudo aborda uma discussão acerca das condições de trabalho do assistente social na Divisão de Serviço Social do Instituto de Ciências Sociais, Educação e Zootecnia (ICSEZ) da Universidade Federal do Amazonas (UFAM), considerando como parte de análise a garantia do acesso à Política de Assistência Estudantil (PNAES) do referido Instituto. Objetiva-se com este estudo “conhecer as condições de trabalho do Assistente Social e os possíveis impactos na garantia do acesso à Política de Assistência Estudantil no ICSEZ/UFAM”. Para alcançar o objetivo geral deste estudo, foram traçados três objetivos específicos: 1) verificar as condições de trabalho do Assistente Social na divisão de Serviço social do ICSEZ/UFAM; 2) Identificar os possíveis impactos das condições de trabalho do assistente social na garantia do acesso à Política de Assistência Estudantil na Divisão de Serviço Social do ICSEZ/UFAM; 3) Mapear estratégias desenvolvidas por assistentes sociais na Política de assistência estudantil da Divisão de Serviço social do ICSEZ/UFAM. A metodologia escolhida para alcançar o objetivo proposto, trata-se da pesquisa de campo com a abordagem qualitativa. Para a pesquisa de campo, utilizou-se de entrevistas semiestruturadas com 2 (duas) assistentes sociais que trabalham na Divisão de Serviço Social do ICSEZ. Como resultados das análises identificamos que as condições de trabalho das assistentes sociais que trabalham naquele Setor sofre vários impactos relacionados a precarização, onde refletem nas suas condições objetivas, ou seja, na falta de materiais, o comprometimento do espaço físico, onde foi observado nas falas das profissionais que a conquista de uma sala destinada ao Setor de Serviço Social é recente, comprometendo o atendimento à população usuária, onde o sigilo profissional acaba sendo comprometido, fazendo com que o profissional não possa cumprir com o que dispõe o Código de Ética profissional e na Resolução 493/2006. 3 Sim 2024-01-24T01:01:14Z 2024-01-24T01:01:14Z 2023-10-07 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso BELEM, Zenira Mendes.
