Resumo:
The organizational climate refers to employees' perceptions, attitudes and feelings regarding the work environment and the organization's culture. Given this, the study investigated integration and proposed suggestions and strategies for improving the sector's environment. For the research, direct observation was used for a week, covering operational functions, interpersonal interactions and the flow of information, with four employees from the sector. In addition, questionnaires were administered to the four participants, as they make up the sector's staff. The questionnaire was structured based on Peynaud's (2020) proposals, in three parts: participant profile, seven dimensions (Organizational Structure, Social Responsibility, Recognition and Professional Career, Salary and Benefits, Relationship and Teamwork, Leadership and Management, and Motivational and Demotivational Factors) on a Likert scale, and an open question. During observation, important challenges were identified, such as task overload and psychological pressure on the team. The results of the questionnaire survey revealed different perceptions among employees, emphasizing the importance of motivation and recognition in the work environment. The study recommended improvements in workload management, investments in health and well-being, establishing a clear career plan and strengthening internal communication. These measures aim to improve individual and collective performance, contributing to improving the Human Resources sector and creating a healthier and more motivating work environment, aligned with the organization's objectives.
