This study aims to analyze the behavioral influence of Generation Z on the
organizational climate of Shopping Z Mall, located in Manaus. The article sought to examine
the behavioral influence of generation Z on the organizational climate of the Relationship and
Quality team at the Z Mall in Manaus. The theoretical foundation mainly addressed human
behavior and new generations in the job market, with an emphasis on generation Z, which is
the focus of the investigation. The methodological model included bibliographic and descriptive research, seeking to observe and record aspects of the organizational climate to
evaluate the internal and external factors that influence employee behavior. Based on the
results obtained, the study offers practical recommendations for managers, aiming to create a
healthier and more productive work environment. This work is intended to contribute to the
understanding of the factors that affect the organizational climate and provide valuable
insights for the continuous improvement of the work environment and employee satisfaction. |
