His course conclusion work brings the life trajectory of teachers, who studied
pedagogy at PARFOR/UFAM, in the city of Itamarati/AM, with the objective of
contributing to the understanding of the training of teachers without a degree, through
narratives and memories individual information about basic and higher education,
highlighting the experiences and materials collected during the teaching internship,
concluding in June 2024. As a result, this formative trajectory, of transformation and
individual overcoming, is valued, in addition to the improvement promoted in their
pedagogical work. PARFOR represents a milestone in the academic and
professional trajectory of teachers in this Amazon region-Juruá microregion. By
adapting curricula and methodologies to local realities, the program not only
increases the quality of teaching, but also strengthens the commitment to inclusive,
sustainable and culturally relevant education. In this research, the issue of
reconciling work and education from childhood to professional life.
