This work is an essential document for academic training in the Bachelor of Pedagogy program at the Faculty of Education (Faced/Ufam) under the National Plan for Training Basic Education Teachers (PARFOR). Focusing on the discussion and reflection of teaching practice and school management, the supervised internships aimed to deepen the relationship between theory and practice through experiences of observation and teaching in Early Childhood Education and Early Elementary Education classes. Similarly, following the education management team was a crucial period for reflecting on the organization of the political-pedagogical project that guides a school. Therefore, this work aims to present a memoir of my educational journey as a student and teacher, describing important parts of the stages of basic education and academic training, as well as the experiences gained during the supervised internships. |
