The Supervised Internship in Pedagogy carried out in two municipal schools in Juruá, in the state of Amazonas, between February and May 2024 provided a comprehensive and detailed view of the local educational reality. This experience was divided into three distinct phases, each addressing different aspects of pedagogical practice and school management. The first internship took place at the Escola Municipal Dalila Litaiff, focusing on Education Management. During this period, the intern had the opportunity to thoroughly analyze the school's infrastructure and review institutional documentation. This internship allowed a deeper understanding of the importance of effective management to ensure quality education. It was observed that administrative efficiency and organization of school facilities are fundamental for proper functioning and for creating an environment conducive to learning. The second internship was carried out at Creche II, where the focus was on pedagogical practices with twoyear-old children. Observation and participation in pedagogical activities highlighted the importance of an inclusive and welcoming environment for child development. It was possible to see how creating a space that promotes children’s emotional and social well-being directly influences their cognitive and affective development. The practices observed reinforced the idea that the physical and social environment must be carefully planned to meet the specific needs of young students. The third internship focused on the early years of elementary school, offering a detailed perspective on the application of teaching resources and teaching methodologies. During this phase, the intern had the opportunity to explore different pedagogical strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of different approaches in the classroom. This internship highlighted the need for adaptation and flexibility in teaching methodologies to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students. The ability to adjust pedagogical approaches and use teaching resources creatively and effectively is essential to fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment. These integrated experiences were fundamental to the development of the intern’s practical and theoretical skills. Direct experience in different educational contexts highlighted the significant impact of pedagogical practice in the formation of an educator prepared to face the challenges of the school environment. The combination of analysis of educational management, observation of pedagogical practices with young children and application of teaching methodologies in the early years provided a solid and comprehensive training, essential for professional practice in the field of education. O Estágio Supervisionado em Pedagogia realizado em duas escolas municipais de Juruá, no estado do Amazonas, entre fevereiro e maio de 2024 proporcionou uma visão abrangente e detalhada da realidade educacional local. Esta experiência foi dividida em três fases distintas, cada uma abordando diferentes aspectos da prática pedagógica e gestão escolar. O primeiro estágio ocorreu na Escola Municipal Dalila Litaiff, com foco na Gestão da Educação. Durante este período, o estagiário teve a oportunidade de analisar minuciosamente a infraestrutura da escola e revisar a documentação institucional. Este estágio permitiu uma compreensão mais profunda da importância de uma gestão eficaz para a garantia de uma educação de qualidade. Observou-se que a eficiência administrativa e a organização das instalações escolares são fundamentais para o funcionamento adequado e para a criação de um ambiente propício ao aprendizado. O segundo estágio foi realizado na Creche II, onde o foco foi nas práticas pedagógicas com crianças de dois anos. A observação e a participação nas atividades pedagógicas evidenciaram a importância de um ambiente inclusivo e acolhedor para o desenvolvimento infantil. Foi possível perceber como a criação de um espaço que promove o bem-estar emocional e social das crianças influencia diretamente no seu desenvolvimento cognitivo e afetivo. As práticas observadas reforçaram a ideia de que o ambiente físico e social deve ser cuidadosamente planejado para atender às necessidades específicas dos pequenos alunos. O terceiro estágio concentrou-se nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental, oferecendo uma perspectiva detalhada sobre a aplicação de recursos didáticos e metodologias de ensino. Durante esta fase, o estagiário teve a chance de explorar diferentes estratégias pedagógicas e avaliar a eficácia de diversas abordagens na sala de aula. Este estágio sublinhou a necessidade de adaptação e flexibilidade nas metodologias de ensino para atender às diversas necessidades e estilos de aprendizagem dos alunos. A capacidade de ajustar as abordagens pedagógicas e de utilizar recursos didáticos de forma criativa e eficaz é essencial para promover um ambiente de aprendizado dinâmico e envolvente. Essas experiências integradas foram fundamentais para o desenvolvimento das competências práticas e teóricas do estagiário. A vivência direta em diferentes contextos educacionais destacou o impacto significativo da prática pedagógica na formação de um educador preparado para enfrentar os desafios do ambiente escolar.
