This study analyzes the understanding and career planning of UFAM Administration students amid changes in the job market, especially affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and the 2017 Labor Reform, highlighting the precariousness of working conditions and increased vulnerability. of the workers. Divided into two main sections, the work addresses the current scenario of the Brazilian job market and the relevance of the career plan for professionals. On the other hand, the career plan is discussed as a tool to guide individuals in the search for self-realization and professional satisfaction. The research follows qualitative descriptive logic with the application of a questionnaire, answered by administration students. We analyzed what is integrated with career planning and how these individuals are already employed. The COVID-19 pandemic has emerged as a crucial factor that has impacted students' professional development, leading to a re-planning of their careers. The importance of institutional support, such as that provided by UFAM, in the guidance and preparation of students for employment, as they are preparing to enter or improve in it, was concluded. It is clear that the COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact in perceptions and career plans. |
