Resumo:
Ever since the adoption of ‘Portal Padrão 2013’ as a graphic model for its institutional sites, because of an imposition from the federal government, the Federal University of Amazonas (Ufam) started using the management system “Joomla!” for its sites administration. However, due to the institution’s organizational structure, those responsible for these sites face difficulties related to the platform and the task of structuring them, resulting in the sites’ low efficiency for its stakeholders or end-users. Presented with this situation, the objective of the research was to develop an instructional information system whose content addresses the main difficulties faced by those responsible for administering Ufam's institutional sites using the ‘Portal Padrão 2013’ model with the management system “Joomla!”, based on the principles of HCI design and ergonomics and informational design and ergonomics. The study, classified by Appolinário (2022) and Gil (2008) as being applied in terms of purpose, exploratory and descriptive in terms of depth, qualitative and quantitative in terms of nature and survey and case study in terms of delimitation, adopted the projectual methodology of instructional design proposed by Söderberg, Johansson and Mattsson (2014), complemented by the use of data collection techniques such as semi-structured interviews, online questionnaires and performance tests. With the main data obtained it was possible to set up Ufam’s current scenario in its sites administration and both the sites’ user-administrators’ profiles and end-users’ informational needs, for the structuring of the theoretical, as well as the graphic content, which, together, resulted in the creation of a digital guide supported by the inclusion of video tutorials. From preliminary tests, it was identified that there is an opportunity to implement this product in the daily lives of user-administrators with the purpose of facilitating the task of administering Ufam sites and therefore making them more efficient for its end-users.
