Resumo:
The purpose of this article is to present assistive technologies and their potentialities in special educational, and inclusive. Providing to develop applicable methods of their resources to students with specific needs diagnosed in the school environment, providing mobility and autonomy to facilitate the quality of life to students with these resolutions of functional difficulties and accessibility. The goals are to acquire the autonomy, resources and functions to be followed, reaching support with these resources, promoting discussions and preparing students with specific needs, to be more critical, aware, and responsible for their journey, fulfilling their role in school, society, and also in their family environment, in view of accessibility and mobility barriers, which do not contribute to the development of students with specific needs. Given the assumption, the use of the Hand Talk communication application in the use of sign language, optimizing the dialogue between deaf and listeners.
