Among all these, the bus terminals are the ones that have a complex infrastructure and need more adequate equipment to serve everyone without distinction. Considering that the public served in this space also includes the population with some type of mobility limitation, the general objective of this research was to evaluate the accessibility conditions of the environments at the Bus Terminal of Palmas. This verification was based on the determinations of NBR 9050:2020. The items evaluated in the terminal environments were parking, considering the space for people with reduced mobility; the conditions of external circulation, considering the existence of ramps and tactile warning floor; the conditions of internal circulation, considering the furniture, equipment and toilets. The methodology consisted of the following steps: information collection, accessibility evaluation form, interview with users with reduced mobility and disabilities. As a conclusion of this work, some interventions were proposed according to the requirements of NBR 9050:2020 and ANTT's Accessibility Booklet. The Accessibility Index and the Relevance Degree were the references used to calculate and classify the level of accessibility of the analyzed building. As a result of these calculations, it was possible to verify that the Bus Terminal of Palmas partially meets the requirements of NBR 9050:2020. The work also foresees that some interventions in the building environments must be carried out to improve the accessibility conditions, as well as the adequacy of the size and maintenance of the horizontal signage present in the special parking space, ramp reforms with slope adjustments, floor installation directional and warning in the internal environments, modification of the architectural layout of the sets of toilets. O transporte rodoviário de passageiros é o mais utilizado no Brasil e o sistema é composto por vias e pontos de embarque e desembarque rodoviários e urbanos. Entre todos esses, os terminais rodoviários são os que possuem uma infraestrutura complexa e necessitam de mais equipamentos adequados para atender todos indistintamente. Considerando que o público atendido nesse espaço também inclui a população com algum tipo de limitação para a mobilidade, o objetivo geral dessa pesquisa foi avaliar as condições de acessibilidade dos ambientes do Terminal Rodoviário de Palmas. Essa verificação foi feita com base nas determinações da NBR 9050:2020. Os itens avaliados nos ambientes do terminal foram o estacionamento, considerando-se a vaga destinada às pessoas com mobilidades reduzidas; as condições de circulação externa, considerando-se a existência de rampas e piso tátil de alerta; as condições de circulação interna, considerando-se os mobiliários, equipamentos e sanitários. A metodologia foi composta pelas seguintes etapas: coleta de informações, ficha de avaliação da acessibilidade, entrevista com os usuários portadores de mobilidades reduzidas e deficientes. Como conclusão desse trabalho, foram propostas algumas intervenções conforme as exigências da NBR 9050:2020 e da Cartilha da Acessibilidade da ANTT. O Índice de Acessibilidade e o Grau de Relevância foram os referenciais utilizados para calcular e classificar o nível de acessibilidade da edificação analisada. Como resultado desses cálculos, foi possível constatar que o Terminal Rodoviário de Palmas atende parcialmente as exigências da NBR 9050:2020. O trabalho também prevê que algumas intervenções nos ambientes da edificação devem ser realizadas para melhoria das condições de acessibilidade, assim como a adequação da dimensão e manutenção da sinalização horizontal da vaga especial no estacionamento, reformas das rampas com adequações das inclinações, instalação do piso direcional e de alerta nos ambientes internos, modificação do layout arquitetônico dos conjuntos dos sanitários. 2022-01-19T23:42:39Z 2022-01-19T23:42:39Z 2021 Monografia MACIEL, Vinícius Sena.
