Resumo:
The present Conclusion of the Course (TCC) discusses the relationship between the school meal program and its reflexes in guaranteeing the right to education, with the central objective of examining the contributions of the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) to ensure the right to Public school in a state school system in the municipality of Nazaré-TO. We chose to do a research of a qualitative nature. I have the Case Study as a methodological tactic where a school meal at the state school Piaçava was the unit of analysis. We made use of the form, interview and analyzed documents. Throughout the study, we understand that feeding is an essential condition for a human being to run after other rights and that Pnae is a program that suggests to have social relevance, since when proposing to contribute to biopsychosocial growth and development, learning, School performance and the formation of healthy habits of students, while we live in a country with great social inequalities and the majority of the children served by the program are low-income.
