We chose to do a research of a qualitative nature. I have the Case Study as a methodological tactic where a school meal at the state school Piaçava was the unit of analysis. We made use of the form, interview and analyzed documents. Throughout the study, we understand that feeding is an essential condition for a human being to run after other rights and that Pnae is a program that suggests to have social relevance, since when proposing to contribute to biopsychosocial growth and development, learning, School performance and the formation of healthy habits of students, while we live in a country with great social inequalities and the majority of the children served by the program are low-income. O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC) discute a relação entre o programa da merenda escolar e seus reflexos na garantia do direito a educação, tendo como objetivo central examinar as contribuições do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (PNAE) para assegurar o direito à educação pública, numa escola da rede estadual de ensino, no município de Nazaré-TO. Optamos por fazer uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa tendo o Estudo de Caso como tática metodológica onde a merenda escolar na escola estadual Piaçava foi o objeto de análise. Fizemos o uso de formulário, de entrevista e analisamos ainda documentos. Compreendemos ao longo do estudo que a alimentação que é condição imprescindível para que um ser humano corra atrás de outros direitos e que o PNAE é um programa que sugere apresentar relevância social, uma vez que ao se propor contribuir para o crescimento e o desenvolvimento biopsicossocial a aprendizagem, o rendimento escolar e a formação de hábitos saudáveis dos estudantes, ao posso que vivemos num país com grandes desigualdades sociais e grande maioria das crianças atendidas pelo programa são de baixa renda. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que a escola desenvolve regularmente o PNAE, recebe os recursos advindos do FNDE e elabora ações e projetos que promovem a formação de hábitos alimentares saudáveis, e apesar dos recursos não ser suficiente como observamos na pesquisa o programa assegura o direito a educação e a permanência dos alunos na escola. 2022-04-13T14:05:34Z 2022-04-13T14:05:34Z 2017 Monografia Rocha, Rosilda Cardoso Nolêto.
