Resumo:
The internship disciplines are part of the curricular grid of almost all undergraduate programs, because that is the moment when the academic has contact with his or her future practice area, in graduation courses, experiencing the school environment, observing the structures, management, in classrooms and also participating in the bureaucratic facilities (class planning and filling daily reports) that will be part of the teaching performance. This research aims to reflect about the training of the teachers in teaching internship, for that it is fundamentally important bring about internship discussions, the report of an academic that has finished the four internships required by the Geography Course, completed in a public school, seeking to highlight the experiences lives in the four internships of the Geography Course of the Federal University in Tocantins, in the Colégio de Aplicação in Araguaina-TO. To understand this aim the structure was observed, the school‟s dynamic and functionality, in the period of the inquisitive internship in the project application. It was necessary to identify the geographic categories present in the issues taught in the classes and discuss the approach strategies. Highlight through the reports the effective teaching practice during the internships. This way show the results of the execution proposed by the internships, and the theoretical and practical reflections about the future working field, Teaching geography. This research highlights effectively the internship practices, showing methodologies that were and should be followed, so the internship can be contributory for teaching in school units
