With the Coronavirus pandemic, it showed a moment of exceptionality in education that was reorganized into remote activities, this situation was even more intense, as the remote model of classes did not include all the necessary points for the training of students in basic education, being that both the public schools and students did not have the necessary technological materials for the moment, even though information and communication technologies were already present in students' lives and this highlighted the great gap that exists between public education and technology. In the research, the exploratory research classification is used together with the qualitative method seeking the purpose to discuss how students from public schools in the peripheral area are acting in the face of the new teaching method that they were not adapted and how these students who do not have access media and technologies acted during this period questioning the impacts on their learning. One of the main results of the research was to see that public and peripheral schools are not prepared for events like the one that was the COVID-19 pandemic, and they want to implement a teaching method that they cannot sustain, either due to lack of materials for both teachers and students, or the qualifications of teaching professionals. One of the challenges that you will have in this post-pandemic will be to find a way to try to remedy this embezzlement that was created in education, both by the low level of learning and for school dropouts.
