The internship was under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sandro de Melo Braga and guidance from Profª Dra. Andrea Cintra Bastos Torres Passos. This report contains a description of the location and routine of the internship activities carried out and a report of a case monitored during this period. During the internship, a female poodle was treated, who underwent a total unilateral mastectomy as treatment. In this procedure, we chose to use the technique of locoregional anesthesia by tumescence, in addition to anesthetic maintenance with isoflurane. During the anesthetic procedure, the patient showed stability of the evaluated parameters, not requiring the use of complementary anesthesia in the intraoperative period, in the postoperative period, through the evaluation of the pain scale, there was no need for complementary analgesia to the animal. Therefore, the present report presents a case of locoregional anesthesia in a female dog submitted to total unilateral mastectomy. O Estágio Curricular Supervisionado foi realizado no Hospital Veterinário da Escola de Medicina Veterinária e Zootecnia da Universidade Federal de Goiás (HV/EVZ/UFG), nas áreas de Anestesiologia e Emergência Veterinária, no período de 13 de março à 24 de maio do ano de 2023, totalizando 400 horas. O estágio esteve sob a supervisão do Prof. Dr. Sandro de Melo Braga e orientação da Profa. Dra. Andrea Cintra Bastos Torres Passos. O presente relatório contém a descrição do local e da rotina de estágio das atividades realizadas e relato de um caso acompanhado neste período. Durante o estágio, foi atendida uma cadela da raça poodle, que foi submetida ao procedimento de mastectomia unilateral total como tratamento. Neste procedimento optou-se pelo uso da técnica de anestesia locorregional por tumescência, além de manutenção anestésica com isoflurano. Durante o procedimento anestésico a paciente apresentou estabilidade dos parâmetros avaliados, não sendo necessário o uso de anestesia complementar no trans-operatório, no pós-operatório, através da avaliação da escala de dor, não houve a necessidade de analgesia complementar ao animal.
